Ok folks it is time to get the ball rolling with the tri season in full force for most of you. I am still recovering from injury but I want to start swiming and maybe do some easy riding. I'll be heading to Walden on Sunday this weekend and after that every Saturday so who wants to come out and play? The more the better and we can break down in groups for riding post swim, also we could work on swimming tips for those less experienced or just seeking to improve OWS... anyone?

I'm planning on being there.

I've never joined the group before. Should I arrive early for stretching or is there some time to stretch at 8 before jumping in?

well the weather screw up the plans (it was raining when I wake up at 7 AM). I hope none of you showed up, I totally forgot to post that all weekends training will be weather dependant. Oh well, hopefully next Saturday we can get to do the training

That is ridiculous, for a max 70 min run.

Perhaps for you Mike, but not for others.  But, the purpose of this thread is not to debate the merits of hydration belts, it's to extend an offer of an organized training opportunity to the rest of the MA community.

Linda, as it turns out I won't be at Walden this Saturday (I'll be at the Lincoln Kids Triathlon with my kids) but the rest of my team will be (probably 15-20 people).  The schedule is laid out above, just be on the beach just after 7:00.  The team is really friendly and welcoming to newcomers, so just ask for Coach Jean and you should be all set.
