Essex County Tri Club 6/23 and 6/24

I should be available for both Monday and Tuesday. We could do the Loaring loop Tuesday or I could do the driving this time and we could do a route closer to Windsor.

I am going to be "iffy" this week, as Monday and Tuesday are the crunch days for marking and report cards.

I am in for Monday, but not Tuesday (I have a meeting).

I would also like to do an open swim on Wednesday - anyone interested?

I have an appointment with a doctor late this afternoon about a training injury. Depending on the advice that I get I may need to skip the swim/run tonight or the bike tomorrow.

My backup plan is to swim at the Essex Pool Monday night and Wednesday night. Open Lane Swim is from 8:30 pm to 10 pm. $3.25 per visit.

I have the ok to swim/run tonight, not so sure about the bike ride tomorrow. Is anyone still planning on OWS tonight? Tabbs maybe?

Yes, I did get the phone message, thanks. I'm having problems with a pinched nerve in my neck that seems to be aggrevated by biking in the aero position, so I'm just going to be doing short bike sessions on the trainer for a little while and staying off the road. Physiotherapy session early Wednesday evening so I won't make the OWS.

I needed to do my ride this morning. However, i will be installing sod in my backyard tonight if anyone is interested in joining me for a lower back workout.

Tuesday night I will be at a high school graduation.  I am sot sure about Wednesday (we are getting Rock Band tomorrow. )
