data format error

Sorry if this question has already been answered somewhere.

My garmin uploads were working fine until this morning. I seem to be able to receive data, but when I hit the upload button I now get a message that reads "Data Format Error," with something about penalizing the offending party 2 minutes at their next race.

I've also noticed that as soon as this happened the first time, I also stopped getting the message box about accessing my garmin device when I open today's log.

I'm importing from a garmin forerunner 205.

Thoughts, anyone?
