Enjoyed this run and thought about Christine and how precious and fragile life is. Also thought about a friend of mine who passed away from a brain tumor last week and the words spoken at the funeral on Sunday.

BT is always so supportive of each other and of me. It's been a great year and a half since I joined, and this race that everyone is doing is one of the best examples of it.
