Usually, woke up early, ate, drove down to race. Got stuff set up and ready.

Overall really good, i felt like i paced better and faster than any race, which is evident. Really happy.

Umm this was a long Transition so it added to time... kind of round about on exit and got me confused some. Coulda shaved max 10 seconds.

Great run, i felt great off the bike after a half mile or so. I felt like my pace was about 7:2X so i am surprised by the time. I think i picked it up some at the end which may account for it.
Post race
Warm down:

Walk, ice cold towel, liquid, stretch. I felt great at the end so i guess i could have pushed harder but i had the fastest splits of any race so overall really happy b/c the last 4-5 weeks of training and no races showed. Hooray! Can't wait until september.... double the distance hah.

Great job! Very much enjoyed this race and can't wait to do it again. I hope Mother Nature is on our side again next year.
