Subject: Fueling for HIMHello all,
I have a burning question, I am training for a HIM at the end of September. My question is this, while training on my long bike rides I take HEED (15mins ) and GEL (30mins ) witihout any issues.
When I do a long run I use a Gel after the first 30 mins, and use HEED for the rest of my run.
Will this type of fueling suffice during a HIM. This will be my first one, and I have been doing sprints for about two years. (6'3" - 207lbs. ) |
