For nutrition I'm going with 1 gel before the swim Hammer sustained energy 300 cals/hour for the bike 1 hammer gel/hour for the bike 1 capsule of hammer endurolytes per hour for the bike 1 hammer gel every four miles on the run 1 capules of hammer endurolytes everyy hour on the run Does this sound good?
