All things being equal-- or not. Anyone have expirience with more than just one of these?

That's a very open ended question.  Price, stiffness and fit are different on all 3 of those bikes.

Before making  the big purchase, my LBS actually built up a P2C and Kaliber (as well as the P3C and offered to build the Scott Plasma and a DA) to see how the bikes would come together.

I was originally fit on a Serotta fit cycle to get everything dialed in exactly. Once the cooridnates were set we could see what the bikes would look like complete and which would be the best bet. For instance, the P3C has such a short headtube that I needed quite a few spacers to get the front end high enough, this pretty much negated the benefits of the short head tube.

If this is an option for you I'd suggest doing it. Using the fit cycle was a great move.  I ended up with a P2C, but the Kaliber build wasn't bad, and IMO they ride nice. IMO the P2C is the best "bang for the buck".

Best of luck with the decision

Tom Demerly has compared the P2C Ultegra to the Kuota K-Factor, as well as two other bikes in  the $2.5K price range:
