does this race sell out fast like IM Lake Placid?
Would I be able to buy on line or do you have to be there this year to get a ride for next year.

Yes.

You better have a fast connection!  There will be one less entry left after I sign up.  Since I will be volunteering this year, I will get to go ahead of the waiting line Mon. morning and be allowed to signup before those persons.

Everyone said it sells out quick so if you can, you should go in person. I'm flying out for it to be sure I get in. I'm volunteering as well. It's a great way to experience the race a bit before doing it yourself.

I am going down to volunteer this year so I can get first dibs on signing up for 2009.  I hear getting into Wisconsin is next to impossible on line. 

Does anyone know for sure if next year is on September 6 or September 13 2009?

I believe it will be 9-13-09, since IMKY (as well as IMC, I think) has already been slated for 9-6-09.
