If anyone is interested Troy Jacobson has finally released the IMWI 3 hour training video.  I just ordered it and it looks pretty interesting.  You can go to www.coachtroy.com and find it.  Wish they would have done this about 2 months ago.

I never understand the delay on these things. I have a computrainer and they were saying late 07 early 08 they would be releasing Real Course Videos and so far only 4 or 5 are out.

Must be technical difficulties that are way over my head to understand.
