I would focus on eating well and proper food combining. Make sure to get your calories in right after your workouts so you replenish your stores and stay well hydrated. There's no magic to it. Eat less calories than you put out and you will lose weight. There is a nutrition section on BT as well, so maybe peruse that portion of the site for some ideas? |
