Subject: RE: Reston TriathlonSo I just took a walk along some of the course, here is what you can expect: #1. The trails will be wet, there is no way they can dry by tomorrow. #2. There are hazards: Wet leaves, & debris. Wet leaves you can slip on, debris you step on wrong and fall. Debris includes branches & some small stones. #3. Be careful on the foot bridges, they seemed very slick when wet, but that may be just because I was wearing crocs. I did see guys remarking the course in very bright orange, so you should know where to go. I also saw a Reston Association truck touring the path to cut/move trees that are downed in the path, so you won't have to do any hurdles. |
