ECTC - Autumn Colors Triathlon

Veteran 142   Windsor, Ontario via the Detroit Tunnel |  Subject: ECTC - Autumn Colors TriathlonI am in for this race on Sept. 20th. I think Rob is signed up as well. Anyone else? I am looking to increase my distances because of the hilly course. I am up for a 1.5 to 2 hour bike or a run. What's everyone doing? |

Extreme Veteran 744 Ontario | Subject: RE: ECTC - Autumn Colors Triathlon I won't be able to do the tri on the 20th, but I could certainly use some long, hilly bike training in the next couple of weeks to get ready for Muskoka. I drove to London last week to ride hills with a friend. |
