LOT OF WAITING!!! 3.5 hours till my wave went off

dropped tire kit right out of T1. saw it again on second bike lap but thought to hell with it. I was moving at a great pace and didn't want to slow the rythm

better secure tire kit. Thankfully there was no flat.

Once again, my achilles. My legs were jelly. If i'm gonna get better it's gonna take a serious off season run program.

more training. This "dogging" the run crap has to stop.

great job! I would hardly call 8:23 pace for a 10k of an OLY dogging the run!

so yours was one of the bike kits I had to avoid

Thanks for the encouraging words. I got so used to running 7:20 pace in my sprints I was just disappointed with my run time here in Chicago. Something I need to work on quite a bit in the off season. great job yourself. Was that ride north a pain in the rear or what??
