Subject: RE: When to strength train during training the issue is that not everyone believes in strenght as an important part of training for endurance sports such as triathlons. The ST forum usually is visisted by those who enjoy/believe in that and might be able to provide with better suggestions. If you are curious as to learn more about this debate, you can do a search on previous posts and you'll get plenty of feedback for or against ST. Finally, the info that you provided is not enough to be able to give you any good advice.
