Subject: RE: Pre workout breakfast meal...Advice neededI can't say whether your pre and post-workout meals are too much food...I think everyone is different and has different needs and requirements when it comes to fueling up before and post-workouts. I generally eat the same breakfast (pre-workout ) every single day - 1 slice of 100% wheat toast spread (I prefer Brownberry Double Protein ) with natural peanut butter and 1 8oz cup of Weight Watchers yogurt with a heaping teaspoon of ground flaxseed and a teaspoon of Kashi 7-Grain Nuggets cereal mixed in. That is enough to fuel me through my 3-hour gym workout that includes cardio, weight training, ab work, and stretching. |
