Subject: Vitamin question
Hey I have been taking a multi-vitamin from GNC for several years now.  The serving is take 2 a day with food.  What I usually do is take one with my post workout meal and then 1 again with dinner.  I know that post workout is the best time for your body to absorb nutrients.  What I am curious about is if I should be taking both vitamins in one meal after my workout or if I should space them out throughout the day?  Is there a benefit to either way that you know of?

Your body can only absorb so much of certain vitamins at a time ... for example, calcium. Spacing them out is probably best.

Although if you have trouble sleeping taking them at night might not be best.  You might try one with a mid-afternoon snack instead of with dinner.
