Firefox crashes on BT

Master  1652     Reston, VA Gold member |  Subject: Firefox crashes on BTDear Developers! Why does my Firefox crashes while loading BT Java applets? It goes into hang mode and the only way to get rid of it is to kill the process. No other browser has this problem. I have to kill my firefox.exe process several times a day... I've tested this on 3 seperate computers, viewing my log, yours and a number of others, and it's displaying without problems. Also, you may want to look at any new FF add-ons you've installed lately. |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: Firefox crashes on BT I have the same problem on both the work and home PC with firefox... work is on the latest version, home has not been upgraded. It will sporadically throughout the day hang firefox which I will then have to close nad kill the process in order to get it back up and running. Both are on Windows XP as well... not sure if that helps
