Pre-race routine:

Had a baglette with peanut butter and water.
Event warmup:

Warm up with Jessie Stasland (sp?) triathlete, and went for it! Meditated before, tried to bring God into my run, and it really worked.

Course: A fascinating run through Paramount studios, including the sets, which was really cool. Aparently, it ran a bit short, but I don't care, it makes me feel so good to see that time, and it was written as 3 miles, so good!
