Subject: RE: My quads are angry at me....Having trouble walking down stairs? Been there done that. I got over it with massage, stretching and Advil. There is a really good yoga pose for stretching the quads, but I foget it's name. You get on your knees with your toes pointed behind you and slowly sit back. It uses your body weight to help the stretch and hits your calves as well as your quads. The further back you sit and the more you relax, the deeper the stretch. oh yea and +1 on the stick. It hurts so good
