Subject: NCTS Survey
What were some of your notable answers? Here's mine:

Best Bike course - Bandits (not nearly as hard as I expected)
Worst Bike course - Lake Norman (too many cars)
Best Swim - Over the Mountain (it was cool swimming across the lake to a diff spot)
Worst run course - Duke 1/2!!! (no explanation necessary)

best bike - pinehurst

worst bike - white lake 1/2 (road surface stinks)

worst run - white lake 1/2 (too narrow an area to run in) Duke is hard, but it's not really a bad run course.  White Lake makes both directions run on the shoulder of the road or off the asphalt with the fire ants

best course - wilmington
