Kristin:  Good job on only one candy.

Tricup:  Yeah that bone thing does not dound aall that much fun.  I really do hope your life gets a little saner and you can use training to relax and regroup.



The one over my chest (left side) hurt the most. It's right over my heart so the skin is pretty thin, with the breast bone right there. So I hate getting it touched up. The other two aren't so bad.


I was thinking of getting one over my heart as well. I've got a cool antique keyhole stencil that symbolizes opening the door to my new life. I know it's cheesy, but I just can't help it these days

I weighed in this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm at 213.5. I missed my goal (again) but I'm ok considering the overeating with the family and the McDonald's Monopoly game, I'm lucky to not weigh 10 pounds more.
