Hey, another Wednesday rolls around (or should that be "I'll pass on the rolls"

I am down a bit-2.8 lbs- this week.  Did a 2 day Fruit, Nut and Veggie "cleanse" followed by a 24 hour fast.  Felt surprisingly good and wasn't as hard as I envisioned.

Congratulations! I've considered trying to "detox", but I get psychotic and irritable when I'm hungry, so I always cave about a day in.

I guess this could be why I'm not actually losing weight

Well, I knew my weekend of gluttony would hurt me, and it did. So, back on the wagon BIG TIME for me!

On a side not, the spreadsheet still shows me having lost 6 pounds, even though as of today I am only down 3. Seems like a formula may be off or something.

192.2--no loss last week but I had a bad weekend and hardly exercised.

I'm down a whole 0.4 lbs.  At least it's in the right direction!  Going running at lunch!

Good morning.  I logged the wrong place Monday.  As of today, I'm down 2.8 (was 3.0) lbs.  Is anyone else have more food issues now than before they tried to diet???

Last week nuthin, this week 4 lbs.  I'm a little skeptical since I haven't been trying super hard and I generally feel fat.  However, last week I was pmsing which would account for no change and this week I'm sure I'm getting rid of that extra retention.  Sounds logical enough right?  I guess we will see with the coming week.

Yep, up 1# and I blame my breakfast before weigh in.  Finally getting a little exercise so hoping for progress soon.  Realized this morning, tho, that if I'm not feeling full I think I need to eat -- that could be part of the problem

That's really not bad for having had a whole breakfast...I know drinking a can of soda rounds up to 1 lb. on my scale.  Not that I drink soda ever

I haven't made it to the scale yet this week.  I don't own one, so I use the one at the gym.  I'm not looking for any loss - I pigged out last week but then ran the Chicago Marathon on Sunday.  My work pants seem loose - does that count? Laughing

I'll try to get to the gym tomorrow at some point to weigh myself.

I'm way late, but I was down 1 lb last Tuesday, but I was stuck in midwest hell where everything is a starch or cooked in butter. I tried my best, but I didn't get any exercise any. At least I didn't have any alcohol either...unless you count the 2 margaritas on the plane both ways and the 2 glasses of wine last night!

I'm scared about what the scale is going to say this wednesday. Maybe I'll have to try a cleanse.
