However, there is no way I could survive until dinner time on 500 calories. I would spready your calories throughout the day like the previous poster suggested. Also, are you sure 1500 is enough with training? I'm pretty small and that would be pretty close to my target calories to lose weight. Be sure you're eating enough to fuel your workouts and not put your body into starvation mode. My training is very light right now. Just getting off of a HIM and rest period. Also, I'd like to lose 10 pounds over the winter months prior to next season. Once I lose the 10 pounds and my training increases, my calorie intake will go back up too. My eating schedule is VERY tentative, but for now I guess I'll see how it works. Thanks everyone.  |
