Run
Comments: Good job on the run. The start sucked trying to dodge through everyone. I should have placed myself in the beginning of the pack to get out and be able to get in my pace to do a little better. I honestly took about 1min-1min30 to get into my "pace". Tried to stay back a little near mile 2.5 so I could push it up and kick ass at the end. What would you do differently?: Put myself in the front of the pack for the start. Post race
Warm down: Crossed the finish and tried to find the gf so we could do the mile walk and cool down. Warmed up with my clothes from before the race. What limited your ability to perform faster: Maybe the fact that the Bmore 1/2 mary was the weekend before? Little too much clothing? Under Armour cold gear shirt and a t-shirt and long leggings got a little warm. Training for a 5k?? haha Event comments: Good race to find a cure. Not too great on post race activities. Woke up and waited for the gf and her friends to get ready to go to the race. Drove to Hunt Valley and made GREAT time!
Walked around and tried to stay warm it was really cold. Then used the Port-a-jon and went to get my "spot" for the race. Walked up and just tried to stay focused with the race.
