Subject: Import loses infoI imported a plan from your Programs list, then exported it into an excel file and manipulated the days of the work-outs. Then I imported the plan back into my "Planned Training Log". The "Comments" fields were cut short, and I lost all of the planned Strength Training exercises. Is there a better way of changing the scheduled days around without losing data? I am trying to get a plan to look like this: - Monday: off
- Tuesday: Swim/Run
- Wednesday: Bike/Strength
- Thursday: Swim/Run
- Friday: Bike
- Saturday: Run
- Sunday: Swim/Strength
The plan I chose is the Winter Maintenance then Basic Sprint - HRM for race specific training. I have fooled around with the "move" feature, but it's almost impossible to get strength training to go from Mon-Wed to Wed-Sun. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in Advance. |
