I sent an email (with data attachments) to [email protected] but I wanted to post in the thread as well because I know we had some issues with gmail last time.

Mike,
 
I got the "message" (see below) again when I tried to upload run data from my Garmin Forerunner 305 into my BT training blog. I exported the data and sent it in the email.

The only way it can change is it's edited. A space was missing between the hyphen and a digit.
