Two REIs are around me and neither has any in stock but the one said, "I wonder why there are 6 enroute... Ohhhh, that sale starts next week" Turns out both stores have the multi-sport bundle inbound but neither have one in stock right now. Hmmmmmmmmm, the store I went in Thursday could not get any info, I pulled this off of the REI outlet. Is this sale on refurbished bundles, Ill pass if thats the case! According to the guy on the phone it was new stuff. Dunno. |

And they're not refurbished. They're new! I asked if I could put one on hold and they can't. You better believe I'm getting up EARLY and riding my butt over there. That's a killer deal! |

Since I thought the REI deal was in store only, I went ahead and ordered from Costco. Win some, lose some I guess. Amazon has the sensor and the quick release kit. I paid 56.56 for both at Amazon. Free shipping and no sales tax, which actually made it the same price as I would have paid sales tax and shipping to REI. Literally came out within cents of each other. If you really want it, order from REI and then don't open the Garmin box with the watch part and take it to Costco for a refund as the other option.
