If you wanted to print a years worth of workouts, what would be the easiest way of doing this.  It would end up being a journal of your training year.

From the logs?  If you just want the basic facts (how long/how far) you could print out the monthly calendars and get a year on 12 pages.  If you want all the workout details you write in them, I think you have to go ahead and print directly from the logs.  You can set up a printed sheet to include several "pages".  It shrinks the info, but substantially cuts down on the number of sheets needed otherwise (a year would be a LOT of paper).  I haven't tried to do it in awhile though, so maybe there is another (better) way now.

I think if you do a month's view and click on "show comments" the details of all your workouts appear and you can use the print button from there and you'll get your s/b/r workouts and sometimes the fourth and fifth column of other type workouts.

I haven't done it in a couple years but have in the past so I have a hard copy record of what I did and put it in a 3 ring binder.

You can copy and paste each week into a word document, and then print from there.

I keep track of all my training online and in an excel spreadsheet on my computer.

Go to your control panel, then choose "export log data." That allows you to choose a date range, etc. It puts it into an excel doc for you (at least it did the last time I tried...which was a long time ago).

Save a tree...don't print it out.

If you need to archive if offline, copy it to a word or excel or acrobat file, and stick it on a CD or DVD.

This still works. Very cool.

Oh and trees are a crop. Go ahead and cut them down. We will plant more in their place.

Sorry I'll step off of my soapbox now.
