Pre-race routine:

Decided to do this race even though it was like 4 degrees out. Djdavey and Joerunner were going so I said OK.
Event warmup:

too freakin cold to do a warm up.

Comments:

Im not sure how many were in my AG... my results were lost in space somewhere for a while. But after a bunch of searching I think everyone believed I was 3rd in my AG
Anyway Dave paced me...although I didnt really listen to him... I should have instaed of coping an attitude, I would have done better. I can run hard but I just dont race. I can run faster I KNOW I can I just have to do it. I think Im scared Im not going tohave enoughleft to finish.
Still a PR on a snowy icey course.
What would you do differently?:

run faster, listen to Davey. not be a slow wuss

I really had fun hanging out with my peeps :)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

snow, cold, Im training for a marathon rather then a 5K. enough excuses

Event comments:

I dont mind paying for a RACC race...great cause. this race is fun- Ive done it the past 3 years
