Don't be silly, the only thing GU and banana nut bread are good for is to soak up the alcohol anyway!Innocent   Behind the hot rod, and fancy new trainer, my favorite toy (and the only appliance that gets used on a regular basis) is my Margaritaville Margarita Maker.  Cuervo is nasty though, I use that to start the car. (use the good stuff, jini!)

What? oh, were talking about training? my bad, carry on... or bring more ice. Guess it's time to hit the gym before the football games.

Ok... So I just bought a Wii. I can bring that for additional entertainment/fun if Matt has a TV that isn't being used for the trainerfest. I challenge you all to a round of Wii boxing!!!

If you all do this again I'd love to join in if you don't mind a newbie.  I'm new to BT and triathlons in general.  Reading through the posts you all seem like a pretty great group.

Matt, I have a suggestion.  If no one brings trainers, you can maybe fit a lot more people.  With the wii, drinks and snacks, that should make a pretty great party.

Matt, do we have a time for trainerfest?  I found out yesterday that I have to work a bowling tournament that my daughter's high school bowling team is hosting.  I may be able to talk my husband into taking my shift but he is out of town and I figure I'll wait to spring that on him when its closer to the date.

I received a large box via UPS yesterday.  It was chock full of GU, GU2O, and water bottles.

Also, if I could ask for a little help from one of the guys.  I could use a hand moving a couple couches before everyone gets there.  I'll have all the small stuff out of the way before anyone shows up.  It'll get you a "preferred" parking spot.    Once you see my driveway, you'll understand.

Wow, just 11 days away!

Maybe we can add some entertainment with hill climbs up Matts driveway on our road bikes.

Wish I could help, but we will be doing good to get there by 9.

Thanks Jason, or should I say TJ?

We'll just have two couches to move, but I don't want to drag them across a wood floor.  They aren't sleeper sofas or anything.

now, I just need to figure out where to put them ....

Sure.  I think I'll have to put one of those people corrals at my front door though.  Just like Disney World.

Trix, don't worry, there won't be a minimum height requirement.

Opps time is up a few post.

I'll cowboy up. I lift, carry, and move. I've seen me do it.

Well, I've sent out directions.  I sent them via PMs to keep from just advertising my address around.

I sent out directions for 22 people.  I think I have room for 12 bikes at once, but since I have never done this before, it'll be interesting to see how many I can actually fit.  Depending on how creative we get, we can probably squeeze a few more in, but they might not have a view of the TV.  So here are a few favors I'm going to ask ...

Please bring a towel or mat to put under your bike.  Most of the space is carpeted, but if we get creative, there may be some bikes on hardwood.  As mentioned in the directions, most people will have to park in the road.  The first couple can park at the top.  You'll have to back down though, so think about that before you drive all the way up.

Feel free to bring what you want, if you'd like snacks or something.  I've got filtered water for bottles, and a nice little sponsorship from Gu2O, and GU.    THANKS BROOKE! I'm not sure what else I'll have on hand.  I'll have to think of something.

The TV in the family room will be kicking some TDF or Ironman.  I have most of the 2008 Ironman races recorded, except for Kona (bummer).  Someone mentioned a Wii.  I have one, but I don't have another tv for its use.  Sorry.

Sorry for being so apologetic about this ... if everyone shows, it will be crowded.  I'll have furniture stashed all over the place, so it will limit usable space.  It will leave us with our great room, kitchen, and dining area.  These are all open to each other.  It will also leave us with a bathroom, of course.

I just remembered that I didn't put my number on here.  If you need it, drop me a pm.

I'll see all you whackjobs on Saturday.

 bring a camera.
