trixie - 2009-01-30 6:49 AM ONE MORE DAY!!!  YAY!!  People, if you can bring some MTBs as well, I need to pop my MTB cherry!!

I don't really have a good place for mtb.  The neighborhood roads are snowy.  That's about as good as it'll get.  I don't have any trails around. 

I worked on the driveway for about three hours last night.  I'm whipped.  I was chunking off 3-4" deep pieces of ice.  I'm only about halfway done.  Know this, I wouldn't do this for my family, but I'll do it for you folks. 

If anyone wanted to brick it, I would recommend yaktrax.  I don't know if I'm going to or not, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

 ... I'm still curious if trixie knows of a secret mtb trail around my house .... hmmmm

Brick?  What's a brick?  a-ha-ha-ha-ha.  Oh, that's where we pedal a bit then get to eat, right?

And just a small query, was anyone actually gonna ride an entire 3 hours?  I'll be lucky if I can hang for 2.  Yeah, my base has been pathetic.   My new amended plan actually calls for 90 minutes so I have a mental get out of jail free card :-)

I like how you think!  We can take turns riding the trainer to pull the skiers up the driveway.

my Wii and games

What am I forgeting?

I have a Wii.  Bring games, and couple spare controllers.  My kids keep "misplacing" the extra controllers.  

We can take a look under the hood.  I haven't really monkeyed with FS bikes, but I understand the concepts.

This sounds like a blast.  I'm sorry I didn't see it sooner.  If all goes well maybe folks would be interested in a Trainerfest part 2...in the Lansing area.
