Winter swimming in Windsor/Essex county

I have been cutting back on my swim workouts and giving my neck a rest, but I'll be ramping up my morning swims at the complex in Leamington soon. I bump into Tracy there once in a while. They also have good Masters classes Tuesday and Thursday.

There is a Masters group at St. Clair College Tues/Thursday/Friday 5:30-7:00am /Saturdays 6:30-8:00am

I know that Char from Loaring Physio is doing a Masters swim @ the YMCA but don't know dates or times.

they have a Master/Triathlon Program look at pages 22 and 23.

Looks like the Y has open lanes 7 days a week. Plus yhere is a maters swim Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30 pm and Saturday @ 10:00 am

I am in Leamington (Lunch) and Essex (Night) for my swims. Both offer a great Masters program. Essex is even a walk in.

I CANNOT wait until we can get back out into the Lake!
