What about a huge Louisianna style barbecue?? I mean fried pickles, endless racks of ribs, a mountain of pulled pork, corn bread and beans.  Foot in mouth

Get her out of her comfort zone, I think many people travel for that reason.

Well, last night she wolfed down a Wendy's burger, fries and a frosty (at her request). Tonight we are fixing pasta and having 6 other students over ($ Americans and 4 Frenchies). Her one request has been for Mexican food which we are doing tomorrow.

So far so good. Very polite and shy young lady. Fell asleep at the opera last night, but then again so would I if I had gone.
