  Well, it'll only be round 2 for me... but I'm looking forward to getting a much better time!  I was sooo slow last time.

Hey Viking....so here is my week late post......the half huh? So do you have a goal time in mind? I saw you work with "patients"....what part of the health care industry are you in? You run or train with any teams or clubs around here?

Absolutely! I'm doing the half also.

I work with heart patients as a volunteer. I had heart surgery a few years ago and became a volunteer after that. I wrote a book and am writing another one and hope to do some full-time motivating.

Hey IronViking! Saw your inspire, thanks and good luck to you too! My logs don't reflect it but I have been training. Injury, husband's surgery, life in general have distracted me but I still plan to do the Eugene Half and Lake Stevens in August. I did the Beaver Freezer on Saturday and it was a good warmup for this season. Hope your training is going well!
