Subject: RE: no weight loss Check your diet. For me, I realized that was the problem. I was doing LOTS of training, up to 15-16 hours a week or more, with no weight loss. I realized that I was taking in a LOT of calories. Enough to stay even. When I started to log in my meals and count calories, shooting for about 2000-2200 per day, I started to drop the weight.
