Subject: no weight loss
I have been tri training now for about 3 years. I got into it from strictly riding bike a lot. I mostly do biking and swimming with a little of the running tossed in there. When I started tri training I was right at 210 lbs. Over three years I have not lost any weight or gained any weight. I am still at 210 lbs. I don't feel fat but I fee like I have a little weight in my mid section that I could stand to get rid of. I just don't seem to be able to get it off. Any suggestions?

Check your diet.

For me, I realized that was the problem.  I was doing LOTS of training, up to 15-16 hours a week or more, with no weight loss.

I realized that I was taking in a LOT of calories.  Enough to stay even.  When I started to log in my meals and count calories, shooting for about 2000-2200 per day, I started to drop the weight.  About 3-4 lbs a week.

Also watch what times you eat at. Better to eat smaller meals throughout the day to speed up metabolism

...and celebrate the fact that your current 210 must be more muscle and less fat if you've been racing for 3 years!

good luck!
