Subject: Training plan has a race simulation I have been using the beginner sprint training plan for my upcoming race March 14. Friday's workout is a race simulation and all three events are listed. Is the intent for me to complete these in order or split the workouts into distinct and separate segments. Most of my bike and run training days have been done as bricks, so I am inclined to just do my own tri. If I do perform the workout as a tri, I will have to move it to Saturday due to time constraints on Friday. What have you done for race simulation workout days? |
