I would be willing to make a few road trips to Columbus this summer. I get tired of doing all my longer rides alone every weekend. It would be nice to find someplace in between to meet.

Yeah David, we'll get together for some bikes this summer. I'd say runs too, but you'd smoke me. I'm S-L-O-W.

thanks for the replies guys.

i dont mind training with people of other paces, and i tend to do a lot of my workouts slower than people would think.

I would try to attend as well.  I usually am strapped for time though.

I've found that folks of different levels can ride well together by maybe just seperating for a short time.  For instance at the out and back turn around point, a couple faster riders could ride out 1 more miles, while the others turn around, and then ride the out fast and ride hard to catch back up.  An extra slower rider could turn around a bit early and take it easy until the group catches them again.

Plus faster riders can avoid drafting and slow riders can draft constently.

I'd be up for some rides. I'm in the Powell area so have a few routes up around Alum Creek and Delaware.

Now that it is starting to get nice, any of yall'Columbus/Cincy folks should come on over to Portsmouth and train on the infamous TTT course. Jungle Jenn (throwing you under the bus too ) and I train out there and I am slow as dirt.  So come on over....and David I know you know the course and the way.

Chris
