Yep, that means if folks in the Lansing area are planning on picking up race packets on Sunday  morning we'll probably have to leave between 4 and 5am...

Any more talk of a carpool?

Yeah, reg opens at 515a (I think that's what I saw).

I'm considering an overnight option, but until then I plan to ride in early.  I have 1 friend who will carpool for sure.

I'd like to meet up with you and drive/ride with you if possible.  Willing to drive or chip in for gas.  You shouldn't have to wait too long for me to finish on Sunday.  I'd like to finish in under 2 hours, but realistically will probably come in around 2:05-2:10.  Lots of little aches and pains the last 2 weeks.

7am?  Jeez.

How much of a hassle is day of race registration?  I don't really want to drive down the day before, and then race day too.  I did that last year, and it kind of sucked.  Its worth the extra registration fees, in order to save time and gas.

Not only an early start, but the are using the "S" word in the forecast for next weekend.....Maybe they will have Starbucks at the aid stations?

I hate the "S" word, but a lot can happen in 9 days.  Weather.com is currently saying 4/4 will have a high of 50 and sunny and 4/5 a high of 46 and mostly cloudy.

I don't really want to run 13.1 miles in tights, but it seems that the temperature won't be over 35-40 for the entire 1/2 ...

Alaina (jazzwitdigitz) and I will be coming down to volunteer for Martian, so I'm thinking a roll call is in order so folks will know the BTers to look out for. If you're interested, just quote with your name and the distance you're planning on running:

1. Ryan (yeats), volunteer
2. Alaina (jazz82482), volunteer

Coop, I think I'll be there very early for race day packet pickup. I can figure out a bat signal or something for the parking lot.
