Subject: Best swim videos?
Apart from TI - can people recommend their favorite self-help swim videos?  A coach, or even Masters group, is out of the question, so I need a good DVD that iIcan follow and then apply the techniques in the pool.

Try this one from Stephen Taylor. He is a triathlon coach in Nashville. This is professionally done, a little edgy, and a good resource for everything from drills, to stroke efficiency to triathlon tactics.
