Anyone use this book published by Triathlete Magazine? I bought it last year and plan on using it for my HIM training plan guide. It's a bit of a chore getting all the acronyms figured out, but once you get the hang of it, it seems pretty good. Just wondering if anyone's used this book and what kind of success they've had with it.
I have used several plans from that book. A couple Oly plans and an HIM plan. I reccomend it to eveyone, and I look at it all the time. It's starting to look pretty tattered with how much I get into it.
