Subject: screen freezes
I recently switched from Internet Explorer to Mozilla.  When I sign on to BT I can get onto the forums but everytime I try to click onto my training log it doesn't go.  Eventually I try to close out and get a message that Mozilla has stopped responding.  How can I fix this??  Thanks

It's almost definitely a Java issue: Try the 'Do I have Java' at:

http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1

to see if you have the recommended Java.

Even though you may have it, it may not be the latest to work with the browser/system.
