If the latter, I say stop and start swimming in sets, which can be found in various combos for various distances, on the 'net and here at BT. I wold focus on distance. Say you want to do a 1500 yd total, find sets that break that up, i.e., 200 warmup, 100 kick, 4 x 50, then set of 8 x 100 on X:XX interval, 100 w/d (totally made up set) |
