Subject: Niagara Ultra

Hi.  Is anyone else doing this race?  Or has done it?  June 28th I think it is.  I will be in Niagara that weekend so I figured what the hell...
Sounds like it should be a good course.  I think I'm doing this distance so the marathon in an IM will feel shorter, but I don't really know why.  Looking forward to it.

Hello,

The Niagara ultra is actually June 20th. I am a member of the running club that puts on the race. The past two years I helped to provide the medical coverage at the event but this year since they added a 10km race I will be racing that and then switching roles to do medical.

It is a great course. I have driven up and down it lots of times during the race.

Oh yes, I had my dates wrong but I will be there the weekend of June 20th.  Very cool Melly.  Good luck with the race.  See you out there.   I'll probably be looking for you and bio-freeze!

I've done the half up there. Great race venue. Nice small race, great scenery!
It is run on a public pathway. Best thing is you can hit the winery's after!!!
A+ race in my books!
