I can't find the training plans anymore.   It says the 'yellow file box' should be in the blog-view on the right hand side of the little calendar but there is nothing there.     None of the icons are there - control panel, etc.    Thanks for your help.

Click on the "Programs" button at the top of the page. That will bring you to the training plans.
