Easy warmup to Lakeside, picked up number came back home hit the bathroom, then jogged back did some short pickups.

Comments:

Unseasonably warm, had decent 1st mile, then slowed down and could respond. Was passed by a few people that I have always beat. Sucks. Right hammy still strained.

1st in age group no consolation.

What would you do differently?:

Too many things. Need to fix hammy.

bad hammy, no real program, all runs are easy

A very local race, with a great cause. Friend of the founder. Course is a little long though.
