Subject: training questions
Hi,

Most of the training schedules that I have seen have two disciplines on Monday, either a swim and run, and swim and bike. I am curious, is it important/essential to actually perform the sports back to back?, or can one be done in the morning, and the other in the evening?

Unless it specifically says to do them together the workouts should be done separately, with at least a few hours and a good meal between them.  One in the morning one in the evening would be fine.
