Comments: Felt like I was running harder than this. Transition 1
Comments: First, my bike is too big to rack properly, so that costs some time. I screwed up transition by forgetting to take of my shoes. The first time loss is in the bike, although my time hear is strangly slow too. What would you do differently?: Get it right. Bike
Comments: I left my running shoes on coming off run 1. I was running back into transition, stopped before I went over the timing mats and did not know what to do. Eventually, a race official told me to take of my shoes outside the T zone. All the hold-up ate into my bike time. I took the first half of the bike hard, then eased up. What would you do differently?: Get T1 right. Transition 2
Comments: The shoes that I left outside the T zone had to be retrieved after I racked my bike. The bike rack was at the complete opposite end to I ran entirely through the T zone 3 time in T2. I skipped drinking any fluid because of my screw up. What would you do differently?: Get it rigt. Run
Comments: Rough run for want of fluids. Something is wrong in the timing too. Because I got caught, passed, then dropped by a runner who is listed onlhy 2 seconds faster than me. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Short amount of training after sicknesses. No taper. Event comments: Race rating is only a 3 due to timing and award mix-ups. The rest was good. Last updated: 2009-05-28 12:00 AM
