Subject: Utah Half 2009
This will be my first half! Is there anyone else here doing the Utah Half? Please share any advice you have for a newbie to the long course? Are there groups together training? If there is could I join you? If not is there any one that would like to? If you have done this course is there anything I should know going in? - David

I LOVE this site for overall triathlon stuff, but I bet you'd get more responses at desert-sharks.com for this question....

Bring bug spray for setup. The misquitoes are rapid and there are a ton. I put my wetsuit on as soon as I got there...
