Is there a participant list posted anywhere? I went to the website where it should be posted and the link does not seem to work.

Rudy - Good seeing you this AM. I will have to remember to volunteer for the kids race next year. They are so cute!

Took a tour of the bike course -for those that have not previewed -it's 2 loops relatively flat, some technical corners. There are two hills -one very small but steepish (stay in the big ring and get out of the saddle) and one longer gradual climb (it has a bit of a false flat at the top) you hit the descent at the traffic light. No need to be in the small ring for this climb though, either.

Run is flat
Swim should be flat too No jellies except for me!

Good luck to everyone racing tomorrow! I'm planning to swim fast, hammer the ride and hold on for dear life on the run.

Rudy, you rule. Awesome job on the race, and thanks for the wonderful BBQ that you and Nancy put together. Everyone was so nice and chill, it was really fun. I'm totally in love with Sally...she is hilarious. Much more Tri madness to come! Thanks for all the advice you've been giving me.

Awesome job everyone! Rudy - sorry I missed your BBQ

BTW Rudy - you are the first person who has ever called me pumpkin in a race. When I passed by you said "Go get em' Pumpkin!" Made me laugh for at least the next mile

Rudy how did the race go. I raced it last year, it was my first tri, and I thought the Clint and the rest of the mossmen ran the race great...

The race went really well, there were plenty of volunteers and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The only thing i would say is bike in or go for your second loop was confusing some people, i saw a few people that had no idea what to do after the first and second laps. The food and schwag were awesome, Dougs trivia was funny and gave away some decent prizes, the Moss crowns for Place winners were kinda neat.  All in All a good day!!!
